Tree Removal

Our team is fully qualified to safely and carefully remove trees in all types of situations. In many cases, trees are in a dangerous or compromised condition, which can limit the available options for safe removal. With a wide range of working methods and extensive experience, we are able to identify the most appropriate solution for each tree, regardless of the challenges involved.

We employ a variety of techniques, including directional felling, specialist winching operations, sectional dismantling and advanced rigging. Depending on access and site conditions, trees may be reached using rope access systems or a Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP), commonly referred to as a cherry picker. All branches and timber are chipped and removed where required, or processed into firewood for our clients if requested.

In certain situations — particularly when dealing with larger or more complex trees — it can be more cost-effective to utilise a mobile crane. Crane-assisted removal can significantly reduce the time required on site and often results in less disruption to the surrounding area. Our team is fully trained and experienced in carrying out safe and controlled tree removals using mobile cranes.

Where necessary, we will handle all required permissions on the client’s behalf, including applications to the local council if trees are located within a Conservation Area or subject to a Tree Preservation Order (TPO). We can also arrange parking suspensions, traffic management and road closures where required, allowing our clients complete peace of mind throughout the process.
